Broadly speaking, it involves radical and disruptive business innovation in customer experience, operations and business models, with the use of the latest generation of digital technologies, namely mobile, cloud, social and big data. However, this description doesn’t justify the urgency or the significance with which the vision of the digital enterprise is presented.
